Michele Campbell is the founder and owner of Michele Campbell Insurance Services. She started in the health and life insurance business in 2006 and in 2008 added Medicare products to the portfolio. With over 35 years of being in the health insurance industry, either working for an insurance company or purchase a group health plan for her previous company, she has experience in many facets of this industry. Moving into the Medicare area, she quickly became a top agent in her field and became a General Agency where herself and several agents have been recognized for their achievements. She now has a team of over 50 agents working with her all over California and Nevada, who she supports and trains and who are thriving in their own businesses also.
She grew her client base, one client at a time, making sure they are well informed on their healthcare options and finding the best plan to fit their needs and budget. Our agency has grown to thousands of clients, who we continue to serve daily. We not only help them when they first need help, but we maintain our relationship with our clients through various outreach throughout the year. We value each and every one of our clients and will always strive to give them the best customer service they deserve.
Michele is an active member of her community, serving on the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Gilroy Downtown Business Association Board of Directors and is an active Rotarian. In 2021 she accepted to Chair the AARP/United Healthcare Agent Advisory Council, which is a national council that she sat on in 2017 through 2018.
Jennifer has been with us for over 9 years and is an integral part of our team. She is recognized as a top agent in the Medicare field as she specializes in Medicare and Individual Health Plans. Lesley began with us in Spring of 2021. She comes from an extensive background with over 15 years of experience in administrative roles. Throughout her career she has managed office operations, human resources, and understands the importance of confidentiality in our operations. Lesley provides administrative services to our office and provides the best customer service to our clients. Our clients already love her with her warm and friendly service! Lesley obtained her Health Insurance license with the state of California in May of 2021 and continues to broaden her knowledge of the insurance industry daily.
